Load unfinished jobs from server database and enqueue them.
Usage
queueUnfinishedSubjobs(topJob)
Arguments
topJob
integer; the topjob for which unfinished subjobs will be queued
Value
the number of subjobs enqueued in the global MOTUS_QUEUE.
