Create a kernel UD HR for an individual using a custom grid

1	create_HR(dat, grid, aidname, path, hrsize = 95)

`dat`	data.frame with relocation data
`grid`	grid as output by DEERP::create_grid
`aidname`	name of aid column

Returns a raster HR for an individual on a common grid

1	hr<-HRFun(dat = dat, grid = grid)
