drat_install: drat install
In Mullefa/locallib: Project isolation for R
Description
Install packages into the local library, then insert the source for the
installed packge into the drat repository.
Usage

drat_install(..., commit = FALSE)
drat_update(..., commit = FALSE)
Arguments
...
Arguments to pass to install.packages() or
update.packages() respectively.
commit
See commit argument of drat::insertPackage().
