NHPatterson/RegCombIMS: Co-registration and combination of imaging mass spectrometry datasets
This package contains functions that integrate RNiftyReg registrations with imaging mass spectrometry datasets. This can be used to combine multi-modal IMS datasets into a single Cardinal container for data analysis.
