In NKI-CCB/dids: DIDS (Detection of Imbalance in Differential Signals)

Introduction

R package for DIDS (Detection of Imbalanced Differential Signal). The original version of DIDS was written by Jorma de Ronde and is available at http://ccb.nki.nl/software. For more details about the approach please read corresponding the publication 'Identifying subgroup markers in heterogeneous populations'.

Getting started

To get started, clone this repository

git clone https://github.com/NKI-CCB/dids.git

and run the R package installer

R CMD install dids

The package contains a vignette and manual pages with usage information.
