This work is in development. It will likely not work until this disclaimer is removed.

This is a attempt I produced to fill what I saw was a gap in available tools.

I wanted a simple multiple sequence alignment plotting function which can be shown through R-base graphics. Other plotters are more complicated, have convoluted image export or just plain did-not-work on my computer. The hope is to have this be clean, simple and easy to make great looking MSAs.

Below is a simple example of one of the outputs I want to achieve.

This is another example of an intended output.

V0.1 - I have now got this to work with simple functionality. There is no documentation (yet). Updates to follow.
