Calculate base rates per archipelago and model

Usage

get_base_rates(archipelago_data, M, pars_res_df, area, distance, model)

Arguments

archipelago_data	List with DAISIE data for one of the considered archipelagos
M	Numeric, number of mainland species
pars_res_df	Data frame with results of one model for all archipelagos and ages
model	Numeric integer or vector of integers: model number as described in Valente et al 2020.

Value

A data frame with base rates which depend on the model and archipelago
