\lettrine[nindent=0em, lines=2, lraise=0.1, slope=-.5em]{S}PECIAL Latex environments define specific formating for research questions, hypotheses, propositions, equations, and quotes. Except for the latter, they are all numbered and automatically incremented.

First, there are several ways to cite prior literature. The citation can be added after the idea [@Adams1963], with the page number if desired [@Banker1989a, p.33], with multiple references [@Macintosh1987; @Williamson1981]. Author can also be subjects: @Kaplan2006b argue...

Footnotes and hyperlinks

Footnotes are introduced with the power sign and between brackets^[This is a footnote].

Index

To add a word in the index\index{index}, just embedded it in the index environment\index{environment}. It will be added to the list at the very end of the document.
