Get conceptSets in cohorts
Usage
getPlConceptDefinitionSet(cohortIds = getPhenotypeLog()$cohortId)
Arguments
cohortIds
IDs of cohorts to extraction from the library.
Value
Returns a table with one row per concept set for given cohort definitions.
A tibble.
Examples
getPhenotypeLog(cohortIds = c(1, 2))
