attach_attribute_vectors: Reattach tabulate attribute vectors to columns
In OpenSourceMindshare/surveytools: Helps with the manipulation and tabulation of survey data.

Should we lose tabulate attributes (i.e. reading in a file) we can reattach the parameters using this function.

1	attach_attribute_vectors(x, labels, tabulateParams)

`x`	tibble or data frame
`labels`	labels to reattach
`tabulateParams`	tabulate parameters to reattach

tibble with tabulate attributes
