the unique time series identifier
start
the start date of interest as a string in the form YYYY-MM-DD
end
the end date of interest as a string in the form YYYY-MM-DD
parm
the parameter name
Value
a data frame detailing the effects of any fouling and drift corrections
for each time series point, and the applicable grade.
