To install R package "HomUHet", type the following script in R:
devtools::install_github("Pei-Yang/HomUHet")
To see more details about using "HomUHet", please refer to the vignette in folder vignette. You may also consider installing r package "Captioner" in running
the rmarkdown file vignette.Rmd.
HomUHet()
HomUHet accepts a matrix or data frame of which the columns contain the study label (indicating the study each observation belongs to), continuous response variable, and the predictor matrix in this order, and outputs the detected predictors having homogeneous or heterogeneous effects, as well as their estimated effects in each study.
