print.clusters.gee.summary: INTERNAL

Description

Prints cluster GEE analysis results into a latex table. The function is used by summarize.top.clusters.

Usage

print.clusters.gee.summary(clusters.res, annotation.clusters, file.name)

Arguments

clusters.res	A data frame summarizing the results of the GEE fits on a list of clusters
annotation.clusters	A data table with annotations of the sites in the clusters
file.name	File to print the table to

Note

The function does not return anything, it just prints a table.
