#' The model predicts that feelings of procedural injustice  may lead to cynicism and less trust in the management.
#' This relation may be stronger among employees who are insecure about their job continuation.
#' Cynisicm may lead to contra-productive behaviour (CPB). However, strong personal norms may prevent CPB.
#' Cynicism is expected to increase with age, and men may be more inclined towards CPB than women.
