Tools for sample stratification based on survival differences
Finds a cutoff for stratification of a numeric variable (e.g. expression of a particular gene) associated with the largest survival differences assessed by Mentel-Henszel or log-rank test. Offers handy visualization, diagnostic and data retrieval tools.
