ProMetIA: An R package for proteomics and metabolomics data analysis
Description
This package provides the methods for the proteomics and metabolomics data analysis, with an application to the study of the LAT and MX2 knockout mice.
Installation
The package can be installed from github with devtools::install_github("ProMetIS/ProMetIA").
