In R4IDSR/epichecks: Report templates and helper functions for WHO surveillance data

Description

Set the class of IDSR processed data to be able to merge countries in to one dataset.

Usage

aggregator(x, output_path = NULL)

Arguments

x	A data frame
output_path	Path to where you would like to save a RDS file of merge data. Default is NULL - so no RDS file will be saved, just created for internal use.
