PDACMolGrad is an R package implementing the Molecular Gradient method.
This method predicts the aggressivity of pancreatic adenocarcinoma based on transcriptomic profiles from tumor tissues.
PDACMolGrad is freely available for academic and non-profit purpose.
Other users need a Commercial license. Patent application filed.
Users from industry or other commercial organizations, please contact Juan Iovanna (juan.iovanna [at] inserm [dot] fr).
