Phd thesis scale colors for ggplot2

Usage

scale_fill_mythesis(palette = "main", discrete = TRUE,
  reverse = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

palette	the palette to be used, options are c('main', 'secondary', 'grey')
discrete	boolean, the scale is discrete? TRUE if it is.
reverse	boolean, represents the order of the palette
...	Named argument to modify the scale_color_ fucntion
