In SBUtltmedia/musicnotationR: Graphs temporal sequence of social interactions using music notation

Setup

1. Open the musicnotationR.Rproj file in RStudio Desktop
2. Run install.packages("rbundler") in the RStudio console
3. Run library(rbundler)
4. Run bundle('.')

Running locally

1. Run shiny::runApp() or press the “Run App” button (with server.R open)

Publishing

1. Run install.packages(c('BH', 'crayon', 'evaluate', 'formatR', 'highr', 'knitr', 'markdown', 'praise', 'testthat'))
2. Press the "Publish" button just to the right of the "Run App" button
