D18: Compute D18 IBI
In SCCWRP/algaeMetrics: Algae metrics and IBIs

Computes D18 IBI score and QC.

1	D18(data, all = FALSE)

`data`	User data merged with metadata, as generated by `taxonInfo`
`all`	If false (default), return only SampleID, D18 IBI and QC. Else, all metrics are returned.
