Arguments

`tab`	The active tab
`rad`	What to tabulate on the row
`kol`	What to tabulate on the column
`verdi`	The value that is going to be tabulated
`aar`	The years to be tabulated
`bo`	Living area. Possible values 1:6
`beh`	Hospital Health Trust. Possible values 1:7
`prosent`	Show percentage
`behandlingsniva`	Type of contact (admissions, outpatient consultations or day patient treatments)
`alder`	Age group
`kjonn`	Gender
`hastegrad2`	Degree of urgency
