In SSA-Statistical-Team-Projects/SAEplus: Package for Geospatial Analysis & Small Area Estimation Post-Diagnostics
SAEplus
The goal of SAEplus package is to produce a set of R functions and tools
to pull remote sensing data from platforms such as Google Earth Engine,
Open Street Maps, Facebook and WorldPop. The package provides additional
functionality to pre-process this data into standard datasets to be used
for Small Area Estimation (SAE) with the EMDI & EMDIplus R Packages.
The package produces post-estimation diagnostics from EMDI/EMDIplus result
objects. This is useful for reporting writing and generating poverty maps.
Installation
The development version can be installed from
GitHub with:
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("SSA-Statistical-Team-Projects/SAEplus")
