Description

A dataset containing mapping table from Harmonized System country specific codes to FAO Commodity List codes.

A data frame with 5922649 rows and 9 columns

validyear

Integer. "It refers to the first year that the HS6+ code was used by the country in its files" (Carola).

area

Integer. FAO area code.

flow

Interger. Import/Export

fromcode

Character. Starting HS code.

tocode

Character. Ending HS code.

fcl

Interger. FCL code.

mdbyear

Integer. Year for which the original MDB-file was produced.

mdbarea

Character. Area name from the original MDB-file.

mdbfcl

Character. FCL code from the original MDB-file. It is as it was, not converted to integer and can differ from area column.
