Association indexes
Description
Individual associations indexes.
Usage
assoc_mat_full(Mgbi, method)
Arguments
method
a string indicating the type of association matrix:
'sri' for Simple ratio index: x/x+yAB+yA+yB
'hw' for Half-weight index: x/x+yAB+1/2(yA+yB)
'sr' for Square root index:x/sqr((x+yAB+yA)(x+yAB+yB))
Mfbi
a group by individual matrix.
Details
Association indexes allow to handle heterogeneity of time of observation.
Value
A square matrix of association according to association index choose:
