Description
For use as a lookup table matching Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to
article metadata, such as the title of the containing journal.

A tibble with 22058 rows and 6 columns
Details
A selection of DOIs and their respective journal names are cached in this package,
but it does not cover every submission in REF2014, let alone all DOIs generally.
To request additional data from CrossRef, see cr_works.
The purpose of this dataset is to overcome data quality problems in
outputs, namely that many journal titles and ISSNs have been
incorrectly input due to human error, or are inconsistently formatted.
Warning
DOIs are case-sensitive. Those on CrossRef tend to be in lower case, so run
tolower for better results matching records by DOI.
