In ShrimpScience/bio.shrimp: Package that extracts data from all available ORACLE datasources to produce stock assessement analyses
bio.shrimp
Scripts and Functions for shrimp stock assessments. Interoperable with github projects under Beothuk and PEDLibrary.
$ require(devtools)
$ install.packages("devtools", dependencies=TRUE)
To enable inter-operability with github:
$ install_github("ShrimpScience/bio.shrimp")
To use some of the functionality:
- scripts to use the functionality are maintained in the inst folder
$ require(bio.shrimp)
- this should ideally be placed into your Rprofile
