Export scale specification

Description

Function to export ScaleSpec or CombScaleSpec object into json file which can be imported by import_ScaleSpec()

Usage

export_ScaleSpec(spec, out_file)

Arguments

spec	ScaleSpec or CombScaleSpec object to export
out_file	path to output file
