TARobison/ReFernment: Automatically Adds RNA Editing Annotations To Plastome Genome Files
This package is designed to ease the process of annotating RNA editing in plastomes in preparation for GenBank submission. ReFernment takes as input a gff, gb, and fasta file for each genome and provides a corrected translation and the appropriate mis_feature annotation in the .gb file.
