Connect Intervals
Description
Internal function:
Connect non-overlapping intervals, such that the number of "lines" used in the annotation track is minimized
- used together with "FindNonoverlappingIVs" IVs to organize the individual feature annotations, such that they take up as little space as possible
Usage
ConnectIVs(n_IV, nonoverlapping_IVs, remaining_IVs)
