TS404/DefSpace: A Shiny Rstudio Application for Exploring Defensin Sequence Space
This shiny app runs in Rstudio, and allows interactive querying of the defensin sequence space maps. For the version able to run online (using RGLwidget) see [this repo](https://github.com/TS404/DefSpaceShiny), which runs at [this web address](https://ts404.shinyapps.io/defspace).
