comment80() prints to the console a comment of 80 width with the text string centered and split evently between lines

Consistent File Management

newProject() creates a new project directory folder with 'Data', 'Documents', 'Output', 'Reports', and 'Syntax' subfolders.

Usage: newProject(Dir, FolderName)

setwdDate() creates a folder with the current day's date (YYYYMMDD) in a given directory, and then sets the working directory to that folder.

Usage: setwdDate(path)
