mapping(termsfile = NULL, which = "indica")
Arguments
termsfile
TSV file from export of GO terms for indica group at plants.ensembl.org Oryza sativa Japonica Group genes (IRGSP-1.0)
which
subspecies with either "indica" or "japonica". Default is "indica"
