data_cities provides the options to filter get_occurences by city.
The user can select more than one city when applying the function get_occurences

data_cities(add_token=xxxx)
Arguments
add_token:
add the user's token to access the API.
Value
it returns a dataframe of with the options available in the API to filter by city
The values can be used to filter the cases in the function get_occurrences
