Tom's R Utilities: Package of commonly used functions for data analysis with R

Functions

• PrintF: Implementation of bash-like printf. Wrapper to sprintf that prints to stderr.
• GitSessionInfo: Get session info with git branch and hash and system date.
• GenerateMessage: Print a message to stdout with the date and message.text.
• UpgradeBioconductorPackages: Source and run https://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R.
• GeometricMean: Take the geometric mean of a numerical vector.
