In Townsend-Lab-Yale/ces.refset.hg38: Reference data set (hg38) for cancereffectsizeR package
ces.refset.hg38
This is an R data package holding a pre-generated reference data set (refset) that is ready to use with cancereffectsizeR. See cancereffectsizeR's documentation for details on using this data, as well as how to create your own custom refsets.
After installing cancereffectsizeR, install the latest release like this:
options(timeout = 600)
remotes::install_github("Townsend-Lab-Yale/ces.refset.hg38@*release")
