Usage
refresh_feat_status(gpa, level = 1L, lg = NULL)
Arguments
gpa
a glm_pipeline_arguments object
level
the level of analysis to be refreshed (1, 2, or 3)
Value
a modified copy of gpa with the feat columns of
$l1_model_setup, $l2_model_setup, or $l3_model_setup refreshed
