Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

• Reduced the length of the title to less than 65 characters.

• Changed the start of the description to not start with "This package", package name, title or something similar.

• Provided a link to the used webservices in the description field of the DESCRIPTION file.

• Added small examples to the Rd-files to illustrate the use of the exported functions.

• Fedora Linux, R-devel, clang, gfortran
