EGRETci package for bootstrap hypothesis tests and confidence interval analysis for WRTDS (Weighted
Regressions on Time, Discharge, and Season) statistical models. This
package is designed to be used in conjunction with the EGRET package,
which estimates and describes WRTDS models.
