VladoBaca/BNRewiringRobustness: Discrete Bifurcation Analysis and Rewiring Robustness of Asynchronous Boolean Networks

The package implements a prototype computation of quantitative discrete bifurcation analysis and rewiring robustness of a Boolean network. The Boolean networks can be entered in simple text format. The space of considered rewirings is also entered in a simple text format in a specific form of regulatory graph, which allows the use of regulations with unspecified observability and monotonicity. This enables it to define the whole space of possible networks.
