WarrenLab/single-cell: Helper Functions For Single-Cell Analysis
This package contains helper functions to do some common tasks on single-cell RNA-seq data that are not included in Seurat. Currently, the two kinds of functions in this package are ones for manipulation of Seurat objects (seurat_helpers.R) and for differential expression analyses (differential_expression.R).
