XD-DENG/Rtts: Text to Speech with R
Convert text into speech (voice file in 'wav' format) using the text to speech API offered by the Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan (http://tts.itri.org.tw/). Both English and Chinese (modern and simplified) are supported, and users can specify the speaker's accent, speed and volume.
