Usage

PlotTree(tree, color = "gray90")

Arguments

tree	a ClusterTree object
color	nodes color

Details

Plot the structure of clustertree object, with the nodes labeled by corresponding elimination node. The circles represent continuous clusters, while the boxes represent discrete clusters.
