Description
Generates a sunburst plot visualizing non-targeted data pre-processing alignment errors.
From inside to outside the donuts correspond to peaks found during peak detection, aligned/lost peaks, correct/incorrect alignments and error type. For
more information please check the mzRAPP readme.
