In YuweiNi45/lng:
lng
lng is a package to analysis data for observational study. It includes four functions to generate summary table, do univariate analysis, suggest the exist of confounding variable, as well as do the multivariate analysis. There is also a sample data in the package which is part of NHANES. The vignettes contains some details for users how to use the package and functions.
