In ZachLevine-11/rMHF: Software package for daily-level, individual level, and weekly level aggregation, statistical modelling, hypothesis testing, and analysis for the medical records of a cardiac rehabilitation program.
What this is:
rMHF is a library mainly for use in aggregating, wrangling, and statistically modelling data.
What is included here:
2019-*.R:
- Methods for aggregating data stored Acuro Electronic Medical Record (EMR) databases
- Visualization and statistical modelling methods
- Other methods more geared towards specific uses, i.e. to differentiate between various entry forms of MET minutes.
2019.R:
- Methods for preprococessing 2020 data.
Vignettes contain analyses in R Markdown.
What's not here
- Any form of identifiable or nonidentifiable data or medical information.
- Figures or results (code to make them is included, but without the suppporting data)
