Analysis of gene pair coexpression correlations across a trajectory of Louvain clustering resolutions.Deep learning algorithms interpret trajectory statistics to compute scores for coexpression that approximate the likelihood of protein- protein interaction. Receives a Seurat object as input, and outputs correlation matrices for use with WGCNA.
