checkValidField: Check Valid Field ID

checkValidField Checks to see if the Field ID is valid

1	checkValidField(field_id, keyToUse, secretToUse, tokenToUse)

`field_id`	the field_id having previously been created with the createField Function
`keyToUse`	aWhere API key to use
`secretToUse`	aWhere API secret to use
`tokenToUse`	aWhere API token to use
