In aaamini/pois: The Potts-Ising Model

Potts-Ising (POIS) model

The R package implementing the Potts-Ising model.

This is an R package. You can install it by issuing the following commands:

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("aaamini/pois")

Check out Basic Application for how to use some of the functionality.
