Provides facilities for estimating lethal concentrations for a toxin from single time point survival data in the presence of additional stressors and non-ignorable control mortality.
A common 'critical effect concentration' used in toxicology bioassays is the LCx, the concentration that is lethal to x tested population. This package provides the facilities for estimating the LCx for a toxicant from single time point survival data in the presence of additional stressors and non-ignorable control mortality. It is assumed that the additional stressors are applied in a factorial design, and within each treatment combination, a standard bioassay is conducted to estimate the treatment specific LCx for the toxicant.
